How residential service works

The exact method depends on the pest, but the goal stays the same: control the activity quickly, reduce the conditions that caused it, and give you clear next steps.

1

Inspect the active issue

We check the rooms, entry points, moisture, food sources, harbourage, and pest evidence before recommending the treatment.

2

Treat the right zones

Treatment is matched to the pest. That can include spray, bait, dusting, steaming, bait boxes, nest removal, or exterior perimeter work.

3

Handle prep and prevention

Good prep improves results. We explain what to clear, bag, clean, avoid, or leave untouched before and after service.

4

Plan follow-up if needed

Some infestations need a second visit or warranty thinking. Severe cockroach and bed bug work should not be treated like a quick spray.

Pricing transparency

Starting prices before the final quote.

Cockroach treatment is $250 plus HST for one condo or townhome kitchen, or $300 plus HST for a regular home up to 3,500 square feet. Larger homes require a quote. Bed bug treatment starts at $400 for a one-bedroom package.
