Bed bug treatment is always two visits, about two weeks apart. On the first, high-heat steam kills bed bugs and eggs on contact, then a residual spray and dust leave a long-lasting barrier. The second visit uses a different active ingredient to catch anything that hatched in between. Prep is what lets us reach every place they hide.
Cockroaches live in the warm, tight spaces of a kitchen: inside cupboards, under the sink, and behind the stove and fridge. Treatment combines Actisol, which reaches into wall voids and appliances, with a residual spray and dust. Empty cupboards are what let it get there.
Commercial cockroach service is done after hours or while you are closed, so the whole kitchen has to be ready before we arrive. Give a copy of the sheet to your closing manager and night crew.
Carpenter ant treatment is a residual spray along baseboards, entry points and the outside of the home, so ants pick it up as they travel. Prep clears their trails and the places they get in.
When you book one of these services, we’ll tell you if anything needs doing first. For mice and rats that usually means clearing storage away from basement and garage walls, so the technician can reach the places they travel and the gaps they use to get in.
