Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Standard shipping is $15.00 CAD on product orders within the Greater Toronto Area.
• Shipping is free on orders over $75.00 CAD (physical merchandise subtotal, before tax).
• Orders typically arrive in 2 to 5 business days after they ship.
• Trap rentals are handled separately: pick up free from our Brampton location (L6P), or add delivery at checkout. We verify the delivery address is inside our service radius before the rental can be added to your cart.

Returns

• You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused product for a refund of the item price.
• Used products cannot be returned. Exclusion hardware such as one-way doors is installed over an active entry point, and once it has been fitted to a roofline or soffit we cannot resell it.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
• Products must come back in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Email us first at info@sterex.ca so we can confirm the return before you ship it.

Protection plans and services

Seasonal protection plans and the HomeGuard annual plan are services, not shipped products, so this return policy does not apply to them. They are governed by the written agreement emailed with your order, which sets out cancellation terms and how any refund is calculated based on the visits already delivered.
