Questions about the fall & winter mice protection — 5-month bundle
- When does it start?
- We schedule the first visit in late September or early October, before mice start moving indoors.
- How many bait stations?
- Up to 12 tamper-resistant interior mice stations, or up to 2 lockable exterior rat stations. Your technician places them based on property size and where the activity actually is, and will sometimes mix the two.
- Can I cancel?
- Cancel in writing to info@sterex.ca within 48 hours of signing and before the initial visit for a full $299 refund. Once the initial visit is completed the $250 treatment value has been delivered, so the refill visits are forfeited and no refund applies.
- Do the stations stay after February?
- Yes. Bait stations remain installed after the final refill visit and keep working passively. If you would rather have them removed, or want to continue with a spring monitoring program, just let us know.
